The Maker Faire in Tokyo Demonstrated Japanese Innovation

250 exhibitors took part in the two-day DIY event held at the National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation in Tokyo. The event attracted about 9,000 visitors - families with small children and makers of all ages. All came to see the many original inventions, many of which have not been shown elsewhere. The main attraction was certainly Kuratas - a 4 meter, 4-legged giant robot.
