Kickstarter Officially Enters the United Kingdom

Crowdfunding platform Kickstarter is now officially open to U.K. projects. The site that before accepted projects only from accounts based in the United States, began its launch with a number of U.K. projects - the first became a desktop arcade for the Raspberry Pi. The funding system does not differ from the U.S. one - the main difference is that the funding occurs in pounds.
